With a single answer that if the product is broken or faulty then it's your problem... Nothing covers under warranty.
I went to show my MI1C Trimmer as the poor build quality of blade broke down during the shave....and the service centre is saying that if the blade is broken then it's my fault. Trimmer is for shave....it is not serving the purpose and broke during the shave why should I purchase the blade when it is under warranty....Even after I asked to purchase the they said I have to revisit the the service centre as they don't keep blades.... Pathetic and idiotic attitude...rude tone...0% resolution
