★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I asked him for replacing a touch of Mi 4 mobile then he demanded Rs2772 ,while normal touch price of mi 4 in market is Rs140 only, Now you can guess that how much he charge even for a touch of little old smartphone ? And how much he will charge for new costly phone's part ?
By reading some old Reviews of this mi Service Center I even found some cases where he charges high rates for repairing under warranty phones but don't provide bill of charged amount. So what are these?
I would like to request, Dear mi team, Kindly take genuine price to serve customers better like Vivo Service Center. Guys I experienced very helpful service from Vivo Service Center Darbhanga as once he changed my entire Motherboard of Y91i free of cost and sometimes they even don't ask for phone's bill. So If you need better support then We should buy Vivo or Oppo phones instead of Mi,Samsung,Moto,Nokia etc. Though Xiaomi ie mi is best and number 1 reliable company in this world but they provide better customer service in higher cities only. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Service Center is nice, they are quite honest with the process + appointment is must for service of your device which you've to book it from there. And if you want the same day service you've to book your appointment before 12 o'clock. Well, Except that the quality of service is not good as there were few screws and a cable holder bracket was missing from my device. The ambience is not good but what would you expect from them. Well, hope you get your problem resolved. All the best.
