★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good store. Friendly staff. They helped me to find a better phone. 2000rs off was also given with 6 months screen replacement warranty. Very professional. Store is also really organised. They also have me a complimentary screen guard worth RS 300. Definitely recommending this shop. The latest Redmi note 8 pro was not available there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has multiple phone company products and people get misguided, thinking that it's an execulsive store just for MII products. The helper staff behind the counter , is just keen about your requirements and very transactional and give you no chance of reconsidering the product.
I am not even sure what's the authenticity of the product here. Since there is a lockdown situation, you really don't want to spend time in the place and I purchased the product and moved on. Poor customer service skills and no very technical support, does not make go again here even later in the coming days.
