★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They told alignment and balancing is included with change of all four tyres however both machines were not working..They got balancing done from adjacent shop which i am sure was not done..
In the name of Alignment they used a thread and then tried to convince me that thread is better than the actual system!
Not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought new Pirelli tyres for GLE350 and after three month the thread came off of a tyre while driving on the highway and a few weeks later the other tyre grew a hole and had to be replaced immediately. Further the vendor contacted the company to replace the tire and the company refused. It is highly improbable that Pirelli tyres would have such poor performance and we suspect the vendor to have sold defective tyres in place of the new ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to enquire about Primacy 4 ST for my Kia Seltos. Not at all a satisfactory experience. The tyres seemed old and when asked for new manufacturing dates he increased the prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought Primacy ZP tyres for my BMW 520d, the old worn out tyres couldn't fit in the boot so decided to collect it from him in a day or two, turns out he sold the tyre to someone and told me that 'someone came and took the tyre, we don't keep old tyres inside.'
Extremely deceitful, bad faith dealer. Avoid at all costs.
Also beware of his grey-market tyres, his authenticity is dubious.
EDIT: Got to know I'm not the only one he's done that to, it's a common strategy from him.
