★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I consulted for my 5.5 months baby suffering from cough. He had given tons of syrup which is not recommended for infants. Luckily we got to know sooner and changed the doctor.

1. Doctor - one star - He is experienced and Knowledgeable so overall Good scores here. twice a day round Morning and evening. But not available outside working hours - His associate doctors are there for off time. As a leader he welcome suggestion in Suggestion box (Plus Half Star)
2. Supporting Staff - One star- They only do what they are supposed to Hence given one star. But lack in Professionalism and Service. They expect the complete care to be taken by parent. Empathy towards Patients must be improved.
3. Facility - There are three type of rooms general, Semi and Luxury. Only difference is no of beds in a Room. Rest Everything is more or less same. Even service.
4. Other services: Not Even water Bottle is served in Luxury room. No centralized Process _ patient Relatives has to go up and down for every now and then for water bottles also. even they expect that patient relatives to bring the medicines from the Medical, Go to Medical and clear Payment. Go to Nurse and bring the discharge card, Go Office and Make payment. Which can be easily central. They expect parents to understand hospital Processes and do the things rather staff doing things. Hence reducing two Stars
5. Medical - they will handover medicines in your hand, If you ask for carrier - get a rude response. reducing one star further.
For Insurance claim papers they need 3 Days - which is quite lengthy.
Overall If I compare to cost and quality of Service.- its Rating will be 2/3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best children hospital, good hospital facilities, located at convenient location. Doctor Bhadane is very experienced doctor. There is also options to children's for their entertainment. Good and experienced nursing staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hospital for kids. Dr. Bhadhane is best staff is also very cooperative but assistant doctor Dr Thakker is only good for first aid or primary treatment... If any emergency or serious case please always prefer to Dr Bhadhane not assistant Dr. Thakker with them we had very worst experience.
