★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project is not in dahisar as mentioned. It's in miraroad. Way after dahisar check naka. Peoject is seems to be nice but for 1bhk that much I dont think so.
Even on top of that when you go for site visit they are literally forcing you to pay EOI. This is rubbish. I went with some random channel partner. Literally have to make my way out of the office. Again I am saying project seems to be very nice......but I will not go for it after eoi incident. Channel partner were very cheese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having visits over many projects in western line, I have finally ended up my search with MICL Aaradhya High park. Rather than writing here much details I would urge the flat buyers to visit the site and experience the professionalism and services. It's a well driven organization with quality of work which is being visible at all stages. The leadership and management has focus on all the areas and address your requirements to the extent as required.
Key USP are location of flat and On time delivery which many big brands couldnt do in past and present.

MICL Mira Road has been projected as Dahisar. Houses are small. Project Delivery dates are falsely communicated whereas on Maharera site its written completely different.
Moreover, their telesales team will call you hundreds of time each month even when you tell each ine of them that you are not interested in their shabby projects.
I Had given EOI cheque then cancelled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked our house in October.. I must say my experience with MICL team is very good. They say what they can deliver and do not give fake hopes of commitment. This is the fist builder I have seen who doesn't want any money upfront they only ask for the money once they fullfil the commitment as promised in cost sheet.
They are always there to help. Special Mr. Gurang, Mr. Chirag and Ms. Santoshi.
The only regret I have was that I booked it through Square yards I should have contacted the builder directly.
Guys I suggest please contact the builder directly for hood service and better rates.
We keep going to the site atleast once in a month. And evertime I go there I am surprised with the speed of construction.
It is one of my best investment.
