I received my macbook on 6th October 2021, this was my second time and this time too the charger is not working. So, either you guys get me a new charger today by 5 PM or return me half of the money as that is what a charger would cost me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Destroyed my perfectly working laptop. I called on this centre to send a technician to solve a simple display glitch issue for which they had to adjust some cables. The technician arrived late to my place, and on top of that forgot to disconnect power when opening the laptop, and since then my laptop would not start at all. When I called the centre, the owner was arrogant about his technician's expertise and instead blamed me for the problem. I think such people should shut shop and rather do something simpler than repairing laptops. Perhaps open a paan shop. Till then, AVOID THIS PLACE.
