★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a worst shop! Never ever visit there. The shop owner tricks the customer and makes fool of them. Dont ever go for any repairs there, they will take out the original part from your device , and sell it to someone else and put some cheap part instead of it and you will not even get to know. And if by chance you even get to know that then they will just make fool of you. This is not a made up review, it has happened with me that is why I am writing this review. I know it has a good rating and this is also an honest review and not for DEFAME purpose.
Sorry to edit but I am not able to give your reply which you just gave because there is no option to reply your comment. You did this comment just to show customers how good you are and to maintain your trust among them. Instead of apologising you should change your attitude. And I dont have to prove anything to you. I am not free like you are that I will waste my time on commenting here.

The below review edited on Nov'24-2021 with 2 stars. After checking with few CCTV service providers I finalized with Microsystems as they are knowledgeable and had resolved many issues with my system and even powerbank, however for CCTV installation I had a bad experience as they do not fix it from their end but are contracted with some 3rd party, this 3rd party guy was rude and will try every way to push you to make you buy a new camera as its extra income for them. The camera quality and installation is perfect but you ll be left irritated by the 3rd party guy's behaviour, though Laksh from Microsystems ll be present during installation we have to use him as a mediater to tell the 3rd party guy to make any changes. Microsystems guys are best in terms of computer related problems but for CCTV think twice don't go for them to save a few hundred rupees.
