★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very nice but service of micromax is very poor.micromax care opens for 2-3 hours during daytime.many times you go there you will find it is closed.overall micromax takes a lot of time to solve your problems.very irresponsible behaviour of micromax manufacturing unit. Charger of micromax IN series do not survive for even 6 months period, after replacement you will get such a charger which lasts for a month or a week. Not satisfied with service of micromax . micromax mobile phones are not strong enough to survive a fall from your hands.if it falls down 2-3 times then it's screen(front body part) is gone.while it's not same with smartphones of other companies.their smartphone are stronger .So overall Micromax smartphone body is not much strong and their charger doesn't last a decent period of time.SO I CONCLUDE THAT MICROMAX MANUFACTURING UNIT SHOULD TAKE CARE OF ALL ABOVE MENTIONED POINTS TO SATISFY THEIR CUSTOMERS AND TO EXPAND THEIR MARKET.OTHERWISE THEIRS MAKE IN INDIA INITIATIVE WON'T WORK
