★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally, excellent services are given here. The staff's conduct is exceptionally considerate and, they pay attention to every one of the issues from us. Likewise, in my case, the battery got damaged internally soon after the warranty period of the battery. Yet, the staff mentioned to the company and, the company dealt with a free replacement of the battery on account of the staff. Thanks to the staff. Also, the place needs some development.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is situated at Dunlop. You can reach here by train from baranagar railway station. You can also go by bus or taxi towards belgharia or Dakshineswar. The steps are very friendly and cooperating in behaviour. But specially the Micromax service system is the worst. Other companies service systems are quite good. One of my friends has a battery issue with a Micromax handset, and they told him that it would take about 15 to 30 days to replace or repair the phone but it is not their guilt. Whatever happened using Micromax handset, otherwise as a service centre it is good.
