★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service center is not able to manage the crowd of complaints and enquiries. Efficient management system is required, or else the micromax must end their service support from this franchise.
P.S I dialled their landline number a lot of times, but the call went unanswered. Hope anyone from the micromax take this review seriously.
