I heard that this organization culture is very different from other organisations, they are treating their employees as a family members they treating their old employees as their organisation's pillar so that the reason many employees are working from last 15+ years. One of the best ISP and their services are too good..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shifted to the new location recently. Got one advertisement on society gate about microscan internet connectivity. Called the guy. Guy visited my home yesterday. He praised the service being provided by microscan. I really got impressed by his presentation skill and finally I decided to subscribe microscan. Paid 3 month subscription amount along with deposit amount. Guy said, technical team will provide connectivity by 12:00 on 28th December 2021.
Now I started experiencing the real service. Called the guy today morning, he said " technical team is on the way will come before 10:00 am". Ok, here funny thing is we both husband and wife are working from in thus covid Era, thanks to internet.We both are talking with our office manager that we will loging asap once we get internet connection. Again Called the internet guy, he conferenced with technical team and said we will come by 12. Now it's 01:52 PM and we both are still waiting for internet, and convincing our respective managers.
Now my review and questions :
1) Reading my above experience you might have realized how bad & dull service you are providing, though you need just half hour to install the fibre and connect router.
2) How can you take subscription amount before selling your product?
You know what you don't deserve single star.
