★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpredictable! They do not follow time published on Google. The concern person goes home to take siesta in afternoon if customers are not coming. And doesn't come back even if you call him. Please call him and take appointment before you go. They don't care about customers otherwise. I have came back twice from service center as it was closed. Though I feel like idiot not call him second time before visiting. But it was normal working hrs for service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and my husband were looking forward to buy morphy richards (MR) OTG 60L luxechef. We reached top sellers like Croma who had 60L basic OTG model but none had any idea about luxechef version. We reached MR customer service via phone, whatsapp, online query but nothing was fruitful. I was searching for MR showrooms/service centers and came across Mr.Naveen's number. Mr.Naveen was easily reachable, enquired about 60L luxechef model in just 10 minutes and also sent me a link to buy the product on amazon which was launched via prime day launch just this morning. Naveen did the real customer service which original MR customer service failed to do. We have placed the order and many thanks to Naveen.
