★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So firstly it's a home based company and if we talk about working environment there is no proper working environment the staff is working for MD's wife and daughters actually they want a person for personal work not for official work and the most important thing is the incoming time of employees is fixed but the out time is never fixed because the MD is working after 6PM even he is calling all the employees after 6PM for all the work. So this is little about Mideast pipeline products home based company. Come to the most interesting topic of the MD so this is holding and deduction of salary of the employees for no reason actually they don't have funds but they want to run the company. When they recruit the employees they make fake promises to provide growth good salary and so on. I just want to suggest please don't join this company.
