SSC2 & P-SSH5.
I received a damaged machine, when I tried calling them they didn't give proper response.
For three days I was continuously calling him(HITESH) to get some solution but he says two minutes he will call.
But no response till I call him.
Finally it came down to argument he cancelled the call.
He said he can't do anything and asked me send the machine back, but most of the time he won't receive the call.
And their after sales is horrible, if ask them for any parts you won't even get a reply.
Which I experienced in my other purchase.
I got the spare part when I placed order second time.
MY PERSONALLY SUGGESTION WOULD PLEASE AVOID ANY PURCHASE FROM MILL POWER INDUSTRIES IF YOU WANT GOOD PRODUCT AND GOOD AFTER SALES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy from this company. This is a fraud. After purchase they will not responding to call and poor quality machines. I also purchased a pulvanizer machine from them. Its worked only 4days. After that find the cracks in different areas in the machine. I updated the complaints but after that they not responding to my call and still they not provided the solution. Very poor support and they don't know, how to speak customers...??❌️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have read many negative feedbacks was trying to contact them to purchase few machine. Its been 2 months non of them calling back. Their IVR number says their agents and sales team will call. I have not received any call back yet.
Can any one help me to get any other company contact details apart from mill power.
