★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I had visited the clinic for my father's Ct scan who is a covid positive patient. He was made to stand in the reception and wait there with all other people. There were kids, aged people, pregnant ladies and everyone. This is a very serious matter and shows how the Apollo clinic is taking steps during this serious time. They don't have home delivery service for covid affected patients. We are under isolation and it's not a matter of joke. We can't risk other people's life. They also don't have any proper arrangements for sending the soft copy of the reports. Extremely poor arrangements for the pandemic.
