But yea..nestaway people do create some problems there..
Anyway that with nestaway...i will deal with them as required..
As a property its very nice..loved it.?❤️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment is located little bit inside from main road. It is not wise to walk to the complex from main road after 8 pm. I have been staying here (on rent) from last 15 months. It is just OK, but the built quality is not good. There is bad smell in some bathrooms, this is reported many times by residents in their whatsapp group. And many times snake is found in parking area and mostly recently snake skin is found from 3rd floor of a block. Majority of the people staying here, works in tech parks. There is very small park in the front. I heard the apartment cost is too high, when compared with new provident property getting ready in the manin road, just opposite to green field public school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen this property in January 2021. The roads are in pathetic condition. It’s fully dug up and there is no plan for fixing it. There are barren lands and lot of insects including snakes can be seen around. Not the right to invest in this area when one can get good projects in Hebbal/Hennur/Horamavu. Also, carpet area is very less, I guess because of all these factors, flats are vacant since past 4 years. So please be cautious while deciding your dream projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glat to say i am one of the beneficiary of this beautifully designed and thoughtfully laid out plan. Lush green garden and greenary across project will definately give you soothing feel.
Flats are quite open and well lit with natural light, construction quality and finishing is immpecable. Builder is supportive and patience enough to listen to all your queries. Ready to help thru entire process.
What i find worth buying this apartment for its open space, clear title and undivided share of land which is more than any normal project would give you. I own 1350 Sqft flat and land ownership is more than 700 sqft. Same size you can check with other builder and ur share will be around 330 sqft, due to fact, builder would construct on maximum space available making project feel cramped and there will be more people per sqft.
I would higly recommend if someone is looking to purchase home at MIMS Residency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the actual condition of MIMS Residency in just 2 years, Imagine as the years pass what might happen.
There is no proper response from builder once purchase is made. Lots of issues which needs to be fixed by builder which are reported many times has no proper response. whenever it rains water leaking. Outside cracks which needs to be fixed and painted by builder before handling association is not considered. Totally very cheap construction. Association is still not handed over as they want eat up all the corpus fund in which some amount is already taken without informing residents and when asked for clarification they are yet to send all bills.
When an AC in the party hall was not working and asked for fix they replaced it with old AC and told they replaced new AC in which look itself says it is a old AC. Totally a bogus MIMS’s team.
