Ayush Jain , Mr Pravin Uttarwar , Mr Vishwajit sande are the wort people ..find them on linked in .. dosent know to respect women ..dosent know to value their client ..the service is not good ..the charges are very high ..and very poor service quality ... for any client i would recommend please dont opt for this company .. i would not even give a single star for this worst company ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best company(It's not company it's FAMILY) to work who really wants to learn new things. I worked here near about 3 Years and then switched. Anyone who really wants to learn new things and wants to try something new they can join here. You have free hands to learn and take things forward.
Pro - 1)No Senior-Junior partition.
2) Can learn many new things.
3) If need any help(Even if you don't have basic knowledge of some tech) from Senior Person like CTO, Manager they are ready to help you in any condition.
4) Too much work to do but it's not a workload.
Cons : 1) Depends on the mentality of developer because if anyone joined from MNC then they found too much workload.
2) Some times multiple things needs to do as senior but again that is on your management skills.
I want to thanks every Mindbowser FAMILY who believed in me.
Thanks to CTO(Pravin Uttarwar), Project Manager (Vish and Arun) and CEO(Ayush Jain) and HR Team. I will really miss working with you all.
