Just 3000Rs per month as a trainee and that too for 3 months and there after 15000Rs minus taxes with a year's bond ? were you kidding in the interview that's the reason your blockchain developers left on the first place atleast maintain industry standards ... A friendly advice-If you offer peanuts you will get monkeys!
