★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a parent one is very careful about the preschool we choose for our kid.Mindseed i must say is a good decision v made for our kid.Teachers are like second mom there ,kids are safe,they learn alot,they miss the teacher on holidays,they are happy.what else u need for a preschooler.

App launched by mindseed helps us in observing school activities (whether he performs them properly or not ). Last but not least mindseed is a place with great opportunities for the children to explore there interest and try new things...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mindseed Nigdi has an excellent staff which truly believes in their motto that “Every child is a genius!”. They understand each kid, appreciate and encourage their strengths. There is a very good focus on overall development of the child and they make sure the kid enjoys the overall process of learning. The teachers continuously share feedback with the parents through multiple channels – the Mindseed Mobile app, regular PTMs, WhatsApp, Facebook and keep us engaged throughout in our kid’s learning journey.
What I would like to call out about Mindseed Nigdi is the enthusiasm of the teachers and staff to plan every single activity, the various events and field trips. With a great team of teachers under the excellent leadership of Lavanya madam, Mindseed Nigdi is a definitely a pre-school I would recommend.
Often, friends and relatives used to ask me –“Does your son cry to go to pre-school?” and my response used to be just the opposite – “No way! Every morning, my son Yuvaan is super-excited to go to playschool!”. That’s a happy mom answer! ??
I am convinced we made the right decision to enroll Yuvaan in Mindseed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience working with Mindseed Preschool Nigdi.As there is no respect for teachers working there they just think because of their curriculum everything is going well but they dont even realise its the teachers efforts and hardwork due to which they are getting success.
The Academic head there is full of attitude and very egoistic she feels as if teachers are doing nothing.I had to leave the job just because of her.And she told me its ok, you will get your salary .And i had put the resignation but no one bothered to ask me the reason for leaving this job nor even HR came up to ask me about the reason why i left the job on urgent basis, whether it was personal or something else?When i ask the HR about the salary she tells me because you have'nt served your notice period we are not able to pay you, so my question is when you got my resignation letter where were you?why you did not come up there and told me .I wanted to leave the job silently so did not mention the reason in the resignation letter.But they dont care!
And the staff there is not stable at all, the teachers leave the job in 3 months, 6 months anytime ,they dont even wait to complete the Academic year.Because there is miscommunication going on..
So Parents before taking the admissions please do confirm that the staff dont change in the middle of the academic year unless they have personal issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son went to Mindseed Preschool for one and a quarter year. He has literally enjoyed the time. Only a month he attended class, then came lockdown. But they did have online classes very fast, my son coped up with it quite fast. Liked the syllabus, teaching methods and the care given to these kids.
Cons.
Kids get attached to a teacher and teacher gets changed every 4 -5 months. The kids/the parent aren't notified that teacher is changed
