All lifts work normally on working days.
Help desk also available
There is a canteen too in there.
There is a public library also in basemet.
A bit dirty due to construction work here at present.But after construction it will be much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good construction and infrastructure, but officers and staffs are not doing any positive work. Almost all are interested in own interest. People's are sufferring. Only westage of people's money and time. If any government dismiss all officers and staff then it will be a example for whole nation. But any government will do such work for the benifit of nation.

No rules of Covid are followed here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go there in Saral kendra for the further process of my learning licence and it takes me 4 days just to have compete the further process. I just go to have my docs verification and LL test. After visiting there i realise why there is need for privatisation in our country. Every govt employee think himself as superior. They don't listen to you and your problem. They'll not care about your time. Also you cannot find any enquiry office here or in any department. They're so rude to normal people. Very very poor quality of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mini Secretariat building is situated on the G.T. Road just next to Judicial Complex District Courts. Beautiful entrance gate decorated with many flower plants. Much crowded as most of government offices are located here.
