★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No big reason for one reduced star really. Great place, may be only that it has limited collection for now with only ground floor operational. Good discounts on Marvel products when I visited- so great for kids! I wasn't expecting the Miniso here to be honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased an Umbrella for INR 800 after checking size and functionality, I bought the Umbrella but sales person offered me another convincing it Fresh peice and what you checked was demo peice. Thankfully, I trusted the guy and same was handed over to me after payment, but when I used it after a month.....not working, I go back for replacement or repairs back to Miniso, they completely refused to look into matter and even asked me to take back Umbrella with me as they can't hold inventory in their stock.
What kind of service will these small towner provide ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New store in panipat and on same pattern as other minisos. It has utility items, chargers, perfumes, bags and toys for kids. Sunglasses available are not great but you can have one as they are within budget range. Staff is very polite. Both staff will greet you humbly and will show you around at the same time giving personal space to make decisions.
