★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is non cooperative. On 06.09.19 all staff told us there is no trains available. Last Departure already gone. We came down & saw last train coming & goes in front of us. We could not board the train. Very sad. Later I checked in Google & saw last Departure was yet to reach. Mint road staff @ 10:50 pm are the culprit.

Staffs are at both the platforms to avoid people crossing the yellow line.
Trains are less crowded in the afternoon.
The train frequency is fewer.
Still the best way to avoid traffic by roads, as it saves a lot of time compared to bus.
