★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chef Arun and his entire team are a dedicated and cohesive unit. Arun’s depth of industry knowledge and cuisine is exemplary. From vendor selection to dish economics, he seems to have a great grip on everything. He is our trusted advisor and is great in executing innovative concepts. Due to his past experiences of working with brands in multiple cuisines and from around the world, he is able to spin his magic in creating appetizing menus. One thing that stands out is the team’s knowledge of customer preferences as well. They conduct their own market research through random trials of food from brands in the market. This is a huge plus for anybody working with them as it ensures that market realities are incorporated in menu planning. He helped us create three enduring brands in the rolls, biryani and pizza space. His support has been exceptional to say the least.
