Very poor hair cutting experience. The guy cut the hair of my wife very short without asking.. And later he was giving excuse that the hair will grow back in 10 days.. the owner/manager instead of apologizing instructed her staff to attend to other customers and not to clarify or apologize even.. she was very rude.. very unprofessional and not having even a little bit of responsibility towards their clients... This is the first and last time that we visited this place..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner lacks courtesy. I went for a simple eyebrow threading and the owner rudely said no as apparently everyone was busy. I was about to leave when one of the staff came forward with a smile and said that he would do it. I got the threading done but at least the person at the reception should have asked the staff before flatly refusing. Gave two stars only for the kind staff. Never have gone there again even though I stay just opposite that salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish google allow us for negative ratings... Because giving even 1star is too much for this parlour... Went there for eyebrows, waxing and haircut. It was my first visit. They started service with doing my eyebrow.And gave two different shape for my two eyebrows..The lady was totally untrained and unprofessional.. Then I went to my regular parlour at nahar, and done my remaining service there.
