★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet of Mio Amore is situated in front of Kharagpur College. You can get any type of cakes, pastries, bakery items and other veg and non veg snacks. Most of the time, the foods are fresh. The quality of food is very nice. The only problem is, there is no sit and eat facility. Either you have to stand and eat or you have to take away your food. Overall service is nice.

Also faced same problem previous week when we complain in shop tomorrow they argue and don't want to listen and tomorrow also given same typ of food
We also purchased from other two shop not facing this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank God, they lastly opened the store in Kharagpur, or it was hell of a distance to go to Medinipur for the pastries, and now it's a pleasure to have not only one, but two in Kharagpur one is located at the Kharagpur College and another in Gole Bazaar.
Talking about this, it has a lot of good pastries and confectionery items which I think everyone would love to eat, and the best point is they keep it quite fresh, and moreover the pastries they keep are really mouth smacking, with loaded chocolate, delicious, and mouth watering.
And you get cakes for occasions too, you can either order them or take the one that's available there, made for people's convenience!
It's good having the pastries as well as the patties and subs here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best confectionery in town..they are cheap too .the quality and taste is superb ..but all this is valid for cakes , pastries and other sweet stuffs. Don't try the snacks here they are usually stale.today I bought 3 chicken cutlets from their outlet for eating at home..but to my surprise it was very stale..the smell was bad and the chicken pieces were sticky ..so for cakes and other sweet stuffs they are d best but don't trust the freshness of snack stuffs..I am referring to the mio Amore outlet located in inda only..and not the one at gol bazar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the items in this mio amore outlet is fresh and yummy, but I was disappointed by a fish spring roll few days ago. The quality of the product wasn't very good. It was stale and the quantity of oil was huge but quality wasn't good. Else, it is a good place you can visit. I would recommend you to try the choco smoothie pastry, chicken quiche and almond fudge brownie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience. I like mi amore cakes a lot. But the service is very bad. The guy who took my order was not listening when I was ordering. His attitude was very bad. I ordered multiple types of cakes. He missed one item. Again I asked him to add. I thought he added that item. But actually he didnt added. Before leaving the shop I was checking all the items are in place or not. That time the other guy who packed my cakes told me that item he didnt packed because it was not mentioned in the order list. I again went to that billing counter guy.Again he was not listening what I was telling him. There was no other customer at that time. Still he was showing such attitude. At the end I called that other guy who packed my ordered items and asked him to bill for missing items and he gave me. While leaving the shop billing counter guy told me that i only didn’t asked him to add that item. He started shouting at me. He made mistake. Instead of saying sorry he put the blame on top of me. That too I didnt blame for that. I was simply ordering the missing items and leaving the shop. Looks like he was frustrated. But he should not behave such way with the customers.Don’t go to this shop. If you are ordering something please verify before leaving the shop. The customer service is not at all good. I have visited other branches , there people are so polite. I have a very bad experience with this particular branch. I will never visit again. I visited inda , kharagpur branch.
