★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is good except the behavior of the staffs in recent times.. especially the guy in the cash counter. His behavior is exceptionally rude. Oneday, I packed some cakes and pastries, he forgot to add spoons in there. After noticing that, I again went there, surprisingly he showed no sign of contrition not even a single sorry. In addition to that, he only gave me a single spoon, where as there were food for atleast 3. When I asked, he refused. The reputation of this good food shop is being hampered by these type of people. I repeat, I have no objection about the food. Thank you.

Today at around 10am I stepped into Mio Amore cake shop khardah to buy a cake. At that time an old lady at around 65 years of age was buying a black Forest cake for someone named Abhilash. She ordered for the cake a day before. She told the seller named "SUBHO" to pack it as such it may be taken to a fairly distance place. Subho answered very rudely- "I can't tie it with thick rope for you. If you can carry it properly, it will remain ok". He uttered the words exceptionally rude. I was there and protested him. The lady was very much upset as she was not ready for such an answer.
If there would have any good cake store at khardah, I promise I would never ever enter into this shop.
Worst behavior. The salesman "SUBHO" has not minimum respect for the customer. It is also a curse on Mio Amore. They should look into the matter seriously.
