β β β β β A 15 minutes walk from my place, a black forest and a mishti sukh - my evening is sorted.
No complains, only love for Mio Amore. Staff is equally good of this store.

β β β β β very very bad behaviour of staffs as compare to other mioamore, when they provide food, the even dont wear a proper gloves.... staffs dont even know how to behave with customers, very rude behaviour... never going to cm here again... very bad experience.... plz try to make staffs behave properly and learn how to deal with a customer...

β β β β β Terrible, horrific and irresponsible!
Absolutely horrific experience today morning when I went to get some sandwiches. The person at the counter was not using hand sanitizer or gloves and was handling cash and food together with his bare hands. When I asked him to use sanitizer or gloves he was not happy and said that it's a big inconvenience for him to serve every customer by maintaining hygiene and covid protocol.
I was shocked by his response and more importantly his mentality during this crisis situation. He also refused to give me any contact details for the company since I wanted to escalate the issue.

β β β β β This review is not based on food quality as you will get almost same quality Cake in each Mio Amore store.
The main problem with this store is their staff. Though in my experience this is a common problem with almost every Mio Amore store that their staffs are really rude and they don't have any manners at all.
Staffs of this store are not only rude if you visit ( though you should not) you will see they live in a complete different world. It's like you have to ask a qst 10 times to get an answer and definitely they will answer you negatively. And their expression is just like why are you here just take whatever you want and leave us alone.
You will also got frustrated with their delivery speed. After completing their chit chat if they got time then they will start billing and in time of delivery they wont even look at you and wont cooperate with you in every single possible way.
This store is like 2min walking distance from my home that's why when in hurry I have to visit it and you wont believe what a nightmare it is.

β β β β β Food is no doubt good. Almost every outlet of mio amo has same taste of food, so nothing more to say. But the behavior of the staffs are pathetic. They are very very rude and grumpy. 2stars less is because of that, rests are for the food quality. I won't say that every staff of this outlet is poor but some are really unaware of the fact to behave properly with the customers. This store is just 5mins away from my home, but the staff behavior makes me think more than once before visiting them.
