★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible. i would never recommend this place. the employees keep gossiping and chatting loudly,so we do not get any relaxation here. This one employee who (unfortunately) has been providing me with the services for the last 2 visits,first burns my hand and upper lip while waxing and the next time gives me this painful and scarring cuts while threading my upper lip. Not at all professional employees and they keep telling u how thick and dense ur growth is etc.etc.....
I mean why would any customer want to hear that.
just like one of the other reviewres said, i hear suman is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good. They don't have all the brands available. For example, VLCC, Blossoms etc. Service is too bad. Burnt my shoulder during waxing. Every time you go they tell a different price for each service. There's no fixed rate list. On top of that, a lot of services are extremely costly. Not all the products they use are of good quality. For example, Rica wax is nothing close to actual Rica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular customer of Miracle beauty parlour. This is one of the best parlour I've come across. The service and all the employees are very hospitable. Especially the owner Mrs. Pushpa Upreti, is very coordinating and a very warm and friendly person. They treat their customers like a family and provide service according to the needs of customers. If anybody looking for quality service at reasonable price, Miracle is the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK. So I went to this parlour after a friend's recommendation. First, the prices are way too high. 180 for full-hands waxing, 280 for full-legs, 300 for stomach, back etc. 700 for Oxy Clean-up (I mean really? I can buy the kit for Rs.800 and do it myself). Second, the staff is nothing but a group of chatter-boxes. They will either talk and talk amongst themselves, or will sweet-talk you into getting more of their services . As a customer, I know what have I come for and these people definitely do not need to bombard with suggestions. Except this girl named Suman, I do not recommend getting services from any other worker. They are clueless about the very basics of beauty services.
I got my hands waxed and the next month the growth was all hither-thither. I can go on and on. Just avoid getting looted. Go here only when you are in a great hurry or there are no quick options available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They keep pushing you for trying different services. You cannot be at peace while getting treatments because they play loud music. It is a small space and works because it is the only go-to salon in that area. Overall quality of service is not good. They won't remove all hair while waxing, do not give proper time also. Only recommended when you are in hurry.
