★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really plenty cardio equipment, spacious multi activity room (yoga, aerobics, crossfit etc..). Separate level for weight training and they keep bringing new equipment, friendly and knowledgeable trainers.. overall great value for money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good gym in sector-10. Has a Cardio section on one floor and a weight training section on another floor. It has almost all the machines that a standard gym needs to have. There are many food chains and restaurants nearby for healthy food after gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour of Gym owner is very bad and arrogant. I want to share one incident with u to proove gym owner's behaviour. One time gym trainer made two same workout cart, one is for me and another is for gym owner's friend's wife. Gym owner raise objection with me why I m doing the same workout as his friend's wife is doing. I showed him my workout cart and tell him to ask your trainer regarding this. But he was not ready to listen anything and had bad behaved with me. I m giving single star because without star I can not give my remarks. So be careful when u choose this option.

Spacious, Top class equipment, Separate area for Cardio, Friendly staff, Sensible crowd, and best of all, warm hearted owner; who is genuinely interested in members, getting maximum benefit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The environment is very positive inside the gym. Instructors and the owner are very very helpful. They work really hard and help you in all your forms and correct you. The best part about the gym I like are the crossfit workouts. Very intense exercises that is helping me build my stamina a lot. Not to mention that I go from Janak Puri to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor gym, the environment in this gym is very negative, and the manager of this Gym is really unprofessional, he will also involve in your personal life issues and create problems for you. Please don't visit or take membership in this gym, there are many amazing gyms apart from this, where the gym owners and trainers mind their own business and create a positive environment, select wisely mental satisfaction is vital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst gyms in Dwarka or may be in whole of Delhi. The owner has no respect for either his staffs or for his clients. Openly shouts , abuses , fights with any and everyone. Shows No respect for anyone.
Please refrain from going to this gym. The gym owner has no ethics or principles.
