I was looking to book a venue for birthday celebration in evening and thus had visited this place as it looked new and I thought I would get good offer and service. Their executive didn't look really interested in even providing us the booking and started applying too many restrictions like wrapping up entire celebrations within just 2 hours. I was more surprised to know per person rates ₹650 for a veg khali which is almost double compared to the best hotels in the city. Finally, when I started asking questions on charging us so high for a veg dinner menu, their manager said "we don't take any booking on Sunday evening". I was surprised why they didn't mention this in the beginning.
I was highly disappointed with the staff's overall readiness to offer bookings (forget about their services). Finally I left this place with a wondering thought if they really need a business ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst taste in amravati... It seems they do not understand customer service and customer experience. They have no idea how to treat a customer. The chicken curry is soo bad and not even cooked properly , the chicken peas was also stinky. Very poor taste with higher rate. Really very bad taste even in roti chapati or veg mix. Most terrible face. It's like taking risk with your taste. #overated

Decent variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes including starters appetizers and main courses. Timely service. Palatable tasty food. Satisfied customer. The place also provides for bookings for birthday and any other events.

I visited this place for dinner and ordered mutton And it was not cooked completely
We made a complaint
They took that back but came with same thing as if we are not going understand it
Poor customer experience in the name of good ambience

I see few staff are really well. Although I felt the things were late due to the shortage of staff. Rest I love the ambience ?✨
The food was really tasty. Tikkas, gravy, bhel everything was outstanding. You can compare the food with big star hotels.
Service staff needs to be trained a little. I am sure this same staff will be the best staff for mirchi.
I highly recommend people to visit this place if they are in amravati.❤️
Just a note - I felt the paneer in paneer lababdar was about to stale. I never complaint for bad taste but as a chef i always speak up if there is something wrong with the ingredients and I was very sure paneer was about to die. I had a soft words with manager, but he didn't do anything. ?? Now please don't take this as negative point. It happens sometimes. But One should learn to work on feedback at given time.
Apart from it, i just love the overall experience ✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interior is amazing. Taste is nice. Service is good. They have open space at entrance to sit and you can sit inside if you don't want open atmosphere. Location is good and so restaurant. Service was also nice. They serve dishes as you like. They also have sitting arrangements at upper floor.
