After joining Misaki, I got strength along with toned and fit body. If I do not go to Misaki for one day, I get curious. Misaki has become an important part of my life. I love the energy of this place. This keeps me really happy and energetic the whole day.

Best is Kajal is always there to answer all queries. She is very prompt, helpful and strict - which keeps you on track. She helps with workouts and diet both.

I have got personalised diet along with the exercise routine which has helped me maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am extremely motivated and feel more energetic in my daily life since I have joined Misaki classes. The online classes during the lockdown has really helped me in balancing my life.

β β β β β I am very happy to join misaki fitness and dance group. Whole day I am working. No time to go to gym. By joining this, I have no problem with timing. I can join any group according to my work. I feel my body in good shape. I really like the way teachers teach us to do the exercise in the correct way. They are polite as well as strict which is beneficial for us. So I am very satisfied to join this group. Keep it up!

They will be pretty strict with you but this will led you to success of your body
