★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We buyed a flat at Tilak Nagar.The promise was to give on Dec 2018. Then extended it by 3 months b tera and declared to give commission but did not give in reality. Rather invest your money rather than to spit on these morons. Now he promised to give on Dec 2019 and will give compensation too which I rather not believe. This builder just wants to grab your money and then put you at stake. honestly I don't know about the used materials but for sure he is among the liars yunwill see in your life.

Worst builder actually he is a fraud not a professional one .
No construction from 2016 after 5 floors he has stopped the construction.
No rent from 2 years.
All commercial shops on ground floor he has given illegal possession and we tenants have become homeless.
He doesn’t know how to talk with the tenants and all his projects have same problem.
Even after getting order from high court that he has to give our pending rent he is not giving and humiliating the tenants who goes to his office to question him.
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star .
