★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am here today in a wedding,, am very much surprised about owners who have such a big property but very poor managment n worst services ,, I have been in service industry so I can notice these all things,,,
In hindi बद्तमीज people at reception who don know how to treat guest
Such a big property but if you want to talk like PRO or any manager lable staff they don gv number even they r not there,.
There r many things which I faced so I will not suggest any one to come here
* In amenities thr is fridge in every room bu no fridge here drinking water is hot if u demand ice they will charge ₹32
* tea Catle is thr but no tea bag or coffee pouch etc it's chargeable
* Storage Almera r locked coz they put their own goods hahahaha*
*Poor house keeping etc.

No hot water supply in winters
And there are no drawer in the room either you keep your valuable in your bag or in cupboards.
Property looks beautiful but lacks basic amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No comments on hotel (didn't visited) but restuarant service and taste quality is degrading day by day. Also quality of service by staff and management is pathetic. Taste is poorest.
In Jhalawar I recommend INDIANA, if you are looking for real taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOILETS DIRTY, NO SOAP IN TOILET. YOU CAN'T WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE MEALS. PLEASE TAKE YOUR OWN SOAP. I went to marriage dinner there. So no comments on rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place. Lovelyyyyy rooms. Cosy, spacious and cost effective. Perfect place for any kind of crowd - family, couples, friends, work, bachelor's.
Although I didn't understand why is it charged by hour to be in the pool.
Also, veryyy bad experience with the waiters. The body touch while serving food on table was unacceptable even after politely telling them twice. The abuse increased after requesting them that i had to change my seating so they don't serve right above my head while rubbing their private parts on my arm and shoulders. The feeling was pathetic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resort is really nice. Experience amazing food with stunning heritage look. The property covers almost all the facility. Pool side sitouts are Really cool. Must visit for a happy weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxury resort with one of its class amenities like Jacuzzi, Pool, restuarant, comfortable rooms. The lawn size is huge and banquet hall is also quite big in size. The lightings are great in the corridors and gives premium palace like feels. The view from terrace is fantastic. Parking space is also huge

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to attend a wedding here. It's a beautiful place with royal look. Though spent a short time over here so don't know much about the services in detail. The rooms were beautiful. I stayed in their suite. The only drawback is it's location. If you are coming here by using any public transport then you better keep your transportation option organized beforehand. You won't get any auto rickshaw, cab or any other transport medium from outside the resort easily.
