★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misty food services is one of the top notch tiffin services available. The owner is very friendly and helping and provide best service each and everytime. I am posting my review after 3 months of subscription. And here are the few things i absolutely love about them -
1. They serve good and tasty food.
2. Don't like certain dish? Say them! Sit back and relax, they will make sure to give you substitute item .
3. There food subscription charges are very economical and pocket friendly.
4. They even serve special food at times for free ! Be ready to get pomphlet fish or tangra fish or biriyani
5. You can even opt for Mutton during weekends, charges are very nominal.
6. You can opt for plastic or steel based food container as per your convenience.
7. They have variety of options to choose from, full veg or full non-veg or both.
8. Most importantly you only pay for the days you eat, if you are planning to visit outside or for vacation, your subscription will be paused.
I have had a great experience with them. Their cooking style is that of Bengali ( native to Kolkata obviously). I would recommend it to everyone( family persons or bachelor).
They can certainly increase their delivery stuff to make sure food is delivered hot all the times, otherwise look no further for your daily dose food delivered!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi , I am using Misty services for my Parents as they are unwell since a month, they just needed Home cooked food as I am away . I contacted and the food delivered in few hours on exact time. Totally homecooked as per the exact need.
Also would mention,
The communication and response is Like a family member ,well concerened. You get daily updates and they themselve ask if any changes needed.
Overall Good and Satisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service. Pathetic Staff. They sent stale food lot of times. Everyday there's a complain regarding missing items. Everyday they give excuses. They don't even give direct phone number of the owner. Hygiene is not maintained at all. They don't follow general instructions at all. I don't trust their delivery boy because after eating their food, I fell sick.
They offer cheap price but it's better to eat good and healthy food from somewhere else by giving some extra money.
I would never recommend them to anyone. If you don't care about your health, go eat their food.
I'm pretty sure this review will be called as fake because the owner will never agree with anything. I bet most of the 5 stars review are given by the owner only. All I would say that my experience was like nightmare but she might have been good with others. That's all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever !!! Food is overpriced yet when I asked to deliver in my location ( tollygunge area itself), they said it will be too far for them to deliver the food and ditched me when I required most.
They didn't bother to listen my request and told me they are not going to deliver food.
Taste was also not up to the mark.
Do not even deserve one star rating .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food taste is ok. Some items taste good and some taste average. Quantity is abominable for Rs. 90 or Rs. 120 paid. I see a lot of positive reviews here - they are probably from rich people with low appetite or who like to starve themselves. I regret ordering from here and for not having noticed the food earlier properly (since I had lapsed too, I am giving 3 stars instead of 1 star). My advise would be - please do not be stingy on the quantity. You have been in this business for long. So, you should ask yourself this question - If someone offers you the quantity which you offer to your customers, would you be okay with it?
