β β β β β MIT SDE is the Best distance Autonomous institution including all the upgraded syllabus and LMS facility.Also provide Globally accepted certification which is Recognized by UGC & DEB of Govt. Of India.MIT in education field from last 30 Years,So definitely Best choice to choose for distance Management courses because they knows students need better than Anyone else.

β β β β β Being an alumni of MIT, was genuinely expecting nothing else but atleast some decent staff. Had enquired for a distance course for a family member and had told them, I shall be getting back to them after a few follow ups in order to save their stress of following up with me. But a staff member named Ms. Utkarsha was extremely rude and downright mean in both her tone and language during a follow up call, yet again. This was never the case when I was a student there. Though the teaching staff and others are thorough professionals, this young lady seems to not know how to talk to people. @MIT, on what basis are you hiring people with such terrible attitude and that too on the client facing front?! Disappointed and how.

β β β β β MIT School of distance education is the worst distance education courses I have come across..the RMs in the beginning sound supportive etc..as soon as soon as the fees is paid they start spamming your mailbox with all sorts of referral mails..but when you actually need their assistance regarding course materials they start behaving rude..Nidhi Dave is one such relationship manager..she passes personal comments and she doesn't even answers the phone. In my opinion, for this level of assistance I would rather opt for IGNOU, Annamalai university but not these guys

No doubt MIT has wide range of distance education programs. On receiving call i was clearly briefed about course and email was send to me accordingly by MIT.
Now the worst part
Post an email I received a call from Admission Manager asking about any doubt or my decision, i told him very clearly and categorically that i will call him back personally or revert to an email incase if i have any doubt or whatever my decision to get enrolled. But even after that there was series of calls and messages which forced me to leave it unattended. On top of it i get an email from MIT mentioning that they are holding my seat. During our any conversation, i never told them to hold seat but they did, MIT only knows the reason and they have fearlessness to mention that my behavior is unprofessional. Just imagine a candidate who is not even enrolled for course and getting treated like this, what will happen post enrollment.
However I was about to go ahead and get enrolled but after receiving such treatment and email I am refraining myself and don't regret for that.
