Doctor and staff are unprofessional.
Month back My grandmother is in very serious condition at home. we call doctor for mitali hospital. he come and just watching her like monkey, and waiting for the ambulance.
My grandmother suffering from heart attack and he is sitting in drowing room and rolling a reels in mobile. At least he have to give CPR or have to tell our family members to do, but he is a a******.
And ambulance is come then at hospital senior doctors given her CPR and put one injection in her heart cost of near by 40k. But after 10min she is no more.
In between 1hour 40min they make a billing of 14500, 1800 test and 4100 medicine.
Don't know what they really running a hospital or business. And also they are not giving proper bills. Billing on Rough paper. Like a highway dhaba....
We lost her that a big loss for us.
Not recommended this hospital to anyone.
