★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In April 2020 during lockdown period, I had made payment through GPay for Rs 7015/- and ordered food stuff. The owner denied receiving payment. I then created a beneficiary and transferred a partial amount of Rs. 1015/- again, and they again refused receiving payment.
I sent them all the receipts, GPay confirmation, Banks Confirmations and they continued to deny receiving money.
They also refused to share their Bank Statements and I kept following up for almost 2 months.
Finally I had to initiate legal proceedings and got letters from my Bank and then I called them today to inform them that if they did not cooperate by sharing their account statement, I will be forced to file a FIR with police and take it up legally.
To this the owner immediately confirmed receipt of my payments and agreed to refund my money.
Please be careful whilst dealing with them.
