★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never visit their Place. They have one of the highly unprofessional staffs who wants to use abusive language if asked questions. Total favoursim based on how much you want to buy. I know they have lots of branches and have good collection of sweets but at unpleasant experience, you may want to visit another shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience and customer service, even after buying expensive rs1500 per kg sweets, we found dust particles in sweet and they deny to acknowledge and replace. Never recommend them, they are arrogant while handling customers... Go for branded sweets like haldiram

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sweets are on expensive side in this store. The quality of sweets is not good, I took gulkand barfi and it seems they were expired with the coarseness in it and it seems dalda being used for a sweet which is Rs 680 per kilogram. I would suggest to avoid this sweet shop.
My brother had another worst experience with this shop when he found a dead insect in anjeer roll. Though the shop refunded the money for the sweet, but this sort of hygiene followed in making sweets is unacceptable.
