★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of my life. Went on a trip from 28th to 30th December. Owner as well as the driver were talking very impolitely. He didn't on the heater of the car at -7°C and also the driver kept the window open the whole time at this temperature. They did not show any professionalism. I will never recommend them to anyone. When complained about driver to owner, he also talked very rudely and did not listen to our concern. When told to stop the car so that we can use the restroom, he initially refused and started talking non sense. Worst worst worst experience. Will never ever use their service again.
Edit - we don't have time to write fake reviews. Just saving others from your horrible service. Whoever is giving you 1 star, you are telling them that they are your fake clients, what nonsense is this. Attaching the photo of the car so that people can know this is not fake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PATHETIC AND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DRIVER AND OWNER WERE SO RUDE. NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL. BOTH OF THEM DONT HAVE ANY MANNERS TO TALK TO CLIENTS. NO INSTRUCTIONS WERE FOLLOWED AS ASKED BY CLIENT. IN NEGATIVE TEMPERATURE ALSO THEY WERE NOT ALLOWING TO USE HEATERS AND ALSO FULL WINDOW WAS OPEN ALL THE TIME DESPITE CONTINOUS REMINDER TO CLOSE THEM. WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES EVER AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMENDTO ANYONE. WHEN WE ASKED TO STOP FOR WASHROOM HE INITIALLY REFUSED AND STARTED TALKING RUBBISH..WE ALL WERE IN INNOVA OUR TRIP WAS FROM 28 DECEMBER 2021 TO 30 DECEMBER.
WE DONT HAVE SO MUCH TIME TO GIVE A FAKE REVIEW. WE JUST WANT TO HELP OTHERS TO THINK BEFORE BOOKING FROM YOUR STUPID TAXI SERVICE.
ATTACHED IS THE PHOTO OF TAXI AND OUR LUGGAGE. WE ALL WERE 7 PEOPLE ALL HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just THE WORST experience ever in a taxi drive.
The driver was ill-mannered, 1st of all he refused to close the window during the trip when it was -7° out there (please NOTE - THAT IT WAS -7° OUT THERE). Then when we asked him to turn on the heating he just refused and started passing comments.He took multiple stops on the way just to buy tobacco when he even declined to stop for washroom when there were kids and women in the taxi. He told us that if we didn't reach at our final destination by 12 then he will take full money for the next day as well even if it is 12:01.He didn't cover the luggage as well. Even the owner of the service defended the driver after all this and then he also started talking rubbish.
I have used many taxi services but:
THIS WAS MY WORST TAXI EXPERIENCE EVER.
Not sure which world the owner lives in but in our world no one has the time to write a fake review - our time is truly precious but we are trying to save people from the bad experience we had.
I am also adding the picture of the Money transferred from our side, and if we are not your coustomer then please kindly return our money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience, driver well mannered thorough professional. Best thing- clean car, driver followed punctuality throughout. Even we have to stop couple of times in between due to our baby, and driver was fully supportive.
In terms of billing/ payment- didnt face any issue at all. Accurate meter readings with driver TA. Owner charged as per actuals.
Will like to avail the services again.
