★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for families. The locality is really good. This apartment has basic facilities like security and power backup. But it is limited. At night they will not turn on generator. I think after 11 pm. We stayed there for almost 2 years as a group of bachelors but the apartment association decided one day that they will not allow bachelors any more. Since it is a family setup they expect everyone in the apartment to be back by 11 at night. To ensure it they decided to put a lick for staircase and lift at 11 pm. But not sure whether they implemented it or not. It is good only because it is in Maithri layout.
