100% satisfied with the product. Performance of AC is marvelous. Initially I was little bit skeptical to buy a premium range AC but after experiencing the performance and service of the product I would say It is worth to buy.

Pathetic customer service. I bought AC in April, 2019. So I called in first week April , 2020 for 1st free service. But they denied due to lockdown and asked to call after lockdown. Again I called in June, 2020 for service but denied saying your warrant period is over. Never expected this response from the brand like Mistubishi
