I had bought 1.5 ton split AC. Quality is worst since - Within one week of installation cooling stopped. - When contacted to authorised service center, Service was chargeable within warranty period. Even after complaint company did not take any action against service center. - I have spent lot of money but did not get result. - I took the service from local market, and knew that the company has sold defective AC. When I given a complaint to company that the AC indoor unit has manufacturing defect Company did not accept this fact and demanded Rs 14000 for coil replacement. - I have decided not to spend more and decided to sell this complete AC unit to Kabadi. After knowing this all anybody want to buy Mitsubishi's AC?

I bought a split AC basis recommendation from my friend circle. Product seems gud but service is very very very poor so better not to buy the product as service response is must for any electronic item. It’s almost 10+ days that I placed compliant of its water leakage from AC post installation but no visit done. They will call u for all purpose for which u r giving money/price but for normal complaints they hardly bother.. check properly before buy from IAPL... thanks Dharmesh

Very rude and arrogant after sale customer support. I never thought Mitsubishi being Japanese brand have senior people in customer support who get jittery and rude if complainant takes little bit time to explain his grievances on pretext that they are there to resolve issues throughout India and not just one customer.

It seems that Japan has lost their professionalism in service. They should now do Kaizen on service support. MHI product may be good but with poor service now it is worse than any cheep product from China.

I am Suresh From Guntur, Purchased 2.2 ton AC on 03-02-2021atGuntur.On 22-06-2021 It started giving trouble and I complained to the agency people.They told me to replace "Suction Valve " and charged Rs.4500/- .I asked them how they will charge during the warranty period,but they don't care .On July 26th they found the same problem and that it was continuously giving trouble.I lost hope on Mitsubishi heavy industries Company and filed a complaint on 29-07-2021,(Complaint No.2869693) .Then they replaced the cooling coil on 31-07-2021 now it's working . I lost hope on your machine and don't know when it will trouble me again. Moreover I feel my hard earned money was wasted and I lost the feeling of a new AC machine. The neighbours' words are very painful to all our family members which is painful to me, as Outdoor Unit welded and Indoor unit repaired. I have a feeling that I am using a refurbished machine. Please do justice to me by replacing the entire unit as a token of your fault for promoting such agencies and returning the unnecessary charges collected from me.

Purchased a 2.2 Tonne Cassette Ac from Surat. During the installation on Feb 7th they realized the chip had some issue. They sent the chip for replacement. Today is 29th March and I still haven't received the spare part & the AC is still not working. I am following up with them like crazy, and all I hear is next week everytime all I hear is "Your part is dispatched". We are buying Japenese product for quality but in the end it is service providers like IAPL destroying the quality of the product. Requested them for a full refund but they simply mentioned that "its not in our policy". Lesson Learned: Do not PAY for the full AC until it is working in your office/home.

I bought 8 split AC from them in gurgaon, but within 1 year they are creating problem like decreased cooling.But problem starts when you call them for service, they never pick your call at customer care. Very poorly managed customer care and service team. There service team is outsourced.Even in city like gurgaon it took me 5 days to convince the service team to check my AC that also by giving them lure that I want installation of 5 new ac. The service guy Motto is to mint money any how even the product in under warranty, he just gave you weird reasons for non functioning and want to sell his products like stand nuts etc. Conclusion The build quality of AC are undoubtedly good but the service provided by importers in india is very poor. So it's better to buy the product which are made in India and service team is by company. Poor show IAPL.
