★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mittal Builders is very responsive to any complaints & the Flats gives very good value for money. However, it's located at some distance & doesn't have an exclusive Municipal water supply because for the past so many years, the Karjat Municipal Council has been parroting the phrase "We don't have funds to lay down the water pipeline for Mittal Emerald Co-operative Housing Society". Their letter is available on the subject. So, this is the deficiency of the State Govt but being projected as the deficiency of the builder. Still, the builder spent money on his own & laid a pipeline. However, the Karjat Municipal Council was very prompt in appropriating the same & provided water to others too from our pipeline with the result that the Mittal Society gets only a minute amount of water. All this, in spite of paying Property Tax @ 2700/- pa per member from 184 Flats. So much for Govt service
