★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a house in sunsapphire, Hadapsar. As an architect, I have some feedback to share :
1. Poor quality of construction
2. Site is managed by non professional people
3. After handover of building, we are facing water issues and seepage issues.
4. Electrical/plumbing systems fails every time.
People of sunsapphire has been facing water issues for more than 8-9 months. Builders are not taking responsibility.
If you ask me about living experience in society, it is an nightmare. Regret the decision of buying apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While looking for an apartment in hadapsar i came across the sun sapphire site of mittal group and instantly liked a flat but because i had to sell the current apartment in which i was living for funds i was a bit sceptical about the decision of buying a new house instantly but thanks to mittal group, they helped me in selling my previous apartment and also put the flat of my choice on hold till the time i was not ready with my funds. The sales team is very very helpful and professional and also the owners are very understanding and cooperative. Today i am a proud flat holder in Sun sapphire and i thank mittal group for that and recommend others as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heart breaking experience. Why don't they have some negative star rating option. Such a pathetic construction quality. I am a resident of Sun Exotica, B wing, facing lot many issue on daily basis for basics. Newly constructed building having smart rain harvesting system inside the flats. Rain water flowing through the walls in entire flat. What a fantastic build quality. Cracks are all arround on each walls. Careless and non responsive people, don't bother the furniture and electronic items in flat are getting damaged due to to water leakage.
