I searched a lot of shops in Chandni Chowk for lehengas and guys would come around to take u to shops saying they have these great stuff at great prices but you only endup wasting your time. If you wanna shop for less price find this place in the market...they showed me the same lehengas from the big retail outlets for almost half the price.. I was so amazed and happy to finally find what I came for in my budget. They have a range starting from as low as Rs.450 upto thousands...so this can surely get into any budget.
