The product can be good but the delivery and the ordering is a mess.
I ordered a Water Pot on 30th April and still waiting it to be delivered.BTW after repetatively requesting them to ship the order they were able to dot it on 10th May and now the product is still on the initial location since then.
Pathetic service and the customer engagement.
