★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ground staff behaviour is ok in comparison to upper floor staff they didn't pay attention if ground staff send customer to upper floor and no talking sense as well didn't pay attention if you have their vochure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service in entire Jaipur. I had to get my entire beard trimmed just because the guy screwed up my moustache. I had a beard since 4 months and I had to get it all cleaned just because of one idiotic mistake and he wouldn’t even accept his mistake. They had no class and their “salon” was a mess. Moreover, the blade they used wasn’t even clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services are good but they are not up to their commitments, I took "smart bond" treatment with them and for that they promised 2 hair spa one after 15 days and other after 3 months and for that offer they will issue me a card. They didn't gave any card and when I went there for the Spa, they refused to give that.
They said all your spa will be paid and there is no free spa and there is no need of issuing any card. I would suggest all of you to take all the services with written commitments otherwise they will refuse to give you service which they have committed earlier.
