★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is good, but there is no ventilation. Very stuffy and suffocating. I’m surprised the staff have not revolted. The least the management can do is install a few exhaust fans.

Dairy: Limited selection
South Indian Grocery: Very good selection
First Floor has FMCG section
Second Floor has Plastics, Gifts, Electrical and stationery sections.
Home garden section is fairly well stocked.
Grocery: Basic selection, everything is packed , no loose sales.
Imported chocolates and foods are available.
Bakery section is fairly stocked.
Pricing on MRP
They give 3 % loyalty points. Till executive won't tell you that, you must ask for it.
One stop store for house hold shopping. Pricing is a bit high. One can save 10 to 15% over MKA at a nearby wholesaler.
Convenience matters!!

Store layout: (4/5)
There are two floors that I shopped at. The ground had more of the food and chocolates and the first had all the personal care and detergents and other household things. Many places had some offer displayed which was nice to see. Also found some interesting brands like Dove Men+ which I did not realise was in India. Great selection of muesli and cereals.

The staff were all extremely helpful when I needed to find something. They went out of their way to get it for me.
Summary: (4/5)
I really liked my shopping experience here because of the wide selection of different products and the fact that the staff were so friendly and helped me locate things I was searching for. Perhaps not the most number of offers running, but there were some being displayed. All in all a great store and a fantastic space to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE DONT VISIT THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, CORONA CASES ARE SO HIGH AND MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES HAVE THEIR MASK ON THEIR CHIN OR ARE NOT WEARING IT AT ALL. SAW FEW EMPLOYEES COUGHING TOO. I VISITED THIS PLACE TODAY (06/01/22) AT 11:00 AM AND WANTED TO ASK SOMETHING TO THE LADY IN THE PIC, I TOLD HER TO PUT THE MASK ON AS IT WAS ON HER CHIN, THE MOMENT I TURNED BACK I HEARD HER PASSING A COMMENT TO HER COLLEAGUE.
THE MINUTE I LEFT SHE CAME OUTSIDE WITH THE MASK ON THE CHIN. THESE PEOPLE DONT UNDERSTAND THE SERIOUSNESS OF IT AND WILL OUT YOUR LIFE ALSO AT RISK.
HOPE THE OWNER SEES THIS REVIEW AND BRIEFS THEM ABOUT IT.

And some times given the free delivery ofter next two are three order i am get extra charges for small grocerie item. There is no value for Customer in billing contar. And very bad experience from last visit.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This supermarket has been good for several years, they have maintained good quality for years now and customer service is also commendable, one of the go to grocery store in JP nagar, they offer 3% discount on cash but nothing if you use Sodexho cards, overall good experience, they have space for few cars next to the store.
