★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There services are pathetic, they did not even give foods to old age people, they beat then when they cry, seriously inhuman ever and even after receiving security money of 2 months they refused to giving back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neat and hygienic place for senior citizens. All Grand paa and grand maa are very friendly. A place where you feel the love and see gods were walking, talking and laughing each other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ have had great experience with ksm old age home & hope my aunt (who was admitted here) too had the same. I brought my aunt on a stretcher trolley a year back & took her back walking..! staff were supportive & understanding. I never had a single call not answered by jyoti maam. The physio -was also very kind & knowledgeable person & helped my aunt recover sooner than expected. I had given up on my aunt's recovery but ksm old age home did the impossible.
I did find the place lacking hygiene & cleanliness at times but i can understand its tough to keep it clean when you have patients from all walks of life. I hope this would be taken care.
Overall a great place for elders who have psychological or neuro issues & cannot be taken care at home. I wish the team the very best & keep up the good work.
